The character that answers you — your current one is marked. Switching to Swift or Sage happens in Plans & wallet and pays from your ₹ wallet.

Engine power — applies to every question you ask the companion Token Saver — compresses what we send to the engine, same answers for fewer tokens

Higher engine power gives smarter answers but uses your token balance faster. This applies when you are on a paid engine (Swift or Sage); on the free plan the Spark engine is always used.

Document understanding — how the companion reads your document

Private AI and Smart AI read the whole document on your device and send the engine only your question plus the few passages that matter — the document itself never leaves your device. Smart AI adds a deeper understanding of what you're asking (find, compare, summarize, timelines…). Deep Research can dig through very large documents on our secure server: it always asks for your OK before anything is uploaded, and everything is deleted when you close the document (at most 24 hours).

Reading, OCR and all PDF tools run 100% in your browser. Only the questions you ask the AI companion (plus the relevant text snippets) are sent to the AI engine.
